The most common way to use essential oils is to inhale them for their therapeutic properties. But they can also be used in diffusers and humidifiers, as well as diluted with a carrier oil and applied to the skin. The direction of use: Diffuser: use 10 to 12 drops if the diffuser’s size is 250ml, refill as required. Massage: add 10 drops to your unscented massage oil. Bath: mix 10 drops in water.
For external use only. Do not apply to skin undiluted and perform a patch test prior to use. If you are pregnant, consult your GP prior to use. Avoid contact with eyes. Keep out of reach of children. The benefits of the blend are natural outcomes and may differ from one to another.
